At Yooburehome, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture products that meet rigorous standards. Every item we sell undergoes thorough quality inspections to ensure a premium product experience. All products purchased directly from Yooburehome are covered by the following warranties.

Accepted Returns

Damaged or Defective Item

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with supporting photos or videos of the issue.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned with original packaging and contents.

Note: Items that do not meet return requirements may be ineligible for a refund. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange an item rather than return it. Yooburehome accepts exchanges under the following conditions:

Incorrect Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with photos or a video of the incorrect item. We will arrange to send you the correct item as a replacement at no additional cost.

Product Exchange Due to Size or Style

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

Note: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges due to changes in preference.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

For items that arrive damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement. Contact us with supporting photos or videos of the issue, and we will expedite a replacement at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Situations

Unauthorized Damage

Returns or exchanges are not accepted if damage is caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, or abuse.

Missing Parts

If parts are missing or damaged, we can send replacements or provide a partial refund. If the missing part affects functionality, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at yooburehome@gmail.com. Include your order number, along with a photo or video of the item and its packaging, to ensure a smooth process. We will provide you with further instructions and the return address.

Refunds processed through PayPal may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.

Credit Card Refunds

For refunds to credit cards, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Processing times vary based on your credit card provider.
