Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for orders to most regions within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing Exceptions: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Usually, Standard Shipping takes about 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping times do not include the 1-2 days for order processing.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

Please note that shipment dates are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen events, such as:

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, these factors may occasionally impact delivery times. For urgent deliveries, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping option.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at yooburehome@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.

If you believe your package is lost, please first check with the carrier using the tracking number provided. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, contact our support team, and we will assist you further.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
